Refund Policy

Due to the high costs of running our AI-powered platform, vibedream.ai does not offer a standard money-back guarantee or automatic refunds. Refunds are considered only in special cases, at our sole discretion, such as technical failures on our side, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances.

We encourage you to review our plans and check out our free course and YouTube videos to learn more before subscribing. Feel free to watch our videos to see what vibedream.ai can do. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that refunds are not guaranteed.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for consideration:

  1. Send an email to hello@vibedream.ai
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your account email, purchase date, and reason

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approval is not guaranteed. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Unused credits will not be refunded separately from your subscription
  • Refunds do not apply to enterprise custom agreements (contact your account manager)
  • Account access may be revoked upon refund processing
